With Patrick Mahomes struggling in his last two games, Christian McCaffery has emerged as the league’s front-runner for MVP.
The Panthers running back is having his best season yet after breaking out last year, carrying Carolina to a 3-2 record with Cam Newton sidelined due to injury.
Some of the metrics on just how good he’s been though are mind-blowing.
McCaferry has more yards from scrimmage than Ezekiel Elliott and Todd Gurley combined and astoundingly, has more totals yards than the New York Jets. Yes, the entire team. The same team that has Le’Veon Bell in their backfield.
A whole team, though 😅 @brgridiron pic.twitter.com/7FqgDROvaA
