Kaepernick has been out of the NFL for more than two years after kneeling during the National Anthem prior to games in effort to bring awareness to police brutality and racial injustice.
The former Super Bowl QB turned social justice activist has engaged in numerous legal battles with the league citing he has been “blackballed” in order to keep him out of the NFL.
