Twitter Mistakes Local Sports Reporter Miles Garrett For Browns’ Myles Garrett After Incident With Mason Rudolph

A local sports reporter in South Bend, Indiana had his Twitter mentions flooded with hate tweets following the actions of Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett during the Thursday Night Football game between the Steelers and Browns.

Miles Garrett of Indiana’s WSBT-TV took to Twitter and posted several screenshots of people mistaking him for the Browns defensive end, who has been suspended indefinitely for yanking off Mason Rudolph’s helmet and whacking him with it.

The reporter actually went along with it and aplogized for hitting Rudolph.

It’s all laughs for Miles Garrett — the news reporter — as for the Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett, he won’t be seeing the football for a while.
