Tua Tagovailoa’s career at the University of Alabama has come to a close in the most bleak of ways after the quarterback suffered a dislocated hip during the Crimson Tide’s 38-7 win over Mississippi State Saturday.
The injury also includes a fracture to the posterior wall.
Tua suffered the injury after landing awkwardly while being tackled by two defenders with 3 minutes remaining in the second quarter.
