Many thought we’d never see another Michael Vick again after his time in the league came to and end, but we may be witnessing something even better right before our eyes.
In college at Louisville, Vick had high praise for Lamar Jackson, even going as far as to saying he was better than he was at that point in Vick’s career.
Vick is now watching his records fall to the same guy.
The MVP front-runner broke Vick’s seemingly out of reach single-season quarterback rushing record Thursday night against the Jets, with games left to spare.
With this run, Lamar Jackson now owns the single-season record for rushing yards by a QB! @Lj_era8 #RavensFlock

Vick, who congratulated Jackson on the feat on social media during the game, rushed for 1,039 yards in 2006.
