Christmas may only be a few days away but Vernon Butler isn’t feeling so jolly.
The Panthers defensive lineman was ejected during his game against the Colts Sunday for throwing an Indianapolis player to the ground via his face mask, then punching another in the head.

It appears after rolling over, Butler thought he had just thrown down Jack Doyle who was already on the ground and was punched for his teammate’s sins.
