The Seahawks came up a bit short in Green Bay Sunday night, but Seattle fans think the Packers were the ones who actually came up short.
With under two minutes remaining and the Seahawks needing a stop to get the ball back one final time, Aaron Rodgers completed a pass over the middle to TE Jimmy Graham that appeared to come up short.
Despite the optics, the refs ruled the play a first down, which was upheld by replay, despite no part of Graham’s body other than the tip of his helmet being over the line upon being down.

Understandably, Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll was not thrilled with the call.

The only explanation for the call being correct would be the marker shown on television, (which is not official) differing from the actual spot of the marker, which does sometimes occur.
