Phillip Rivers Forced To Move Out Of $4M Mansion After Not Having Enough Room For All His Kids

Phillip Rivers is known for producing two main things: Interceptions and children.

The former Chargers quarterback turned Colts signal caller is selling his $4 million, 7,000 sq. ft. San Diego mansion after running out of room for him, his wife and nine children.

With the move to Indianapolis, Rivers figured it would be time to move out of the home he’s been in since having a bit smaller of a family.

From Rivers’ realtor –

“The Ideal Family Home. Cul de Sac street, in the Premier Resort Style Living, Gate Guarded Community of Santaluz. A Single level home with the exception of 1 – Opt. Br ; Loft ; Media ; Rm & Full Bath upstairs. All other rooms down. 6 -Large Bedrooms + 1 -Office ; 6.5 Bath ; 6,844sf. Large usable yard with grass area for kids to play. Small Putting Green, Pool, Spa, BBQ area. Play House, Planter Boxes. Some Golf Course and Ocean Views from up and downstairs. Short walk to Santaluz Club ; Village Green.”

Here are some photos of the home:

Luckily for Rivers, if he does move the family out to Indianapolis with him, he could probably get a house three times the size for the same $4 million.
