Sean Payton came down with Coronavirus back in early March, the first NFL coach or player to test positive.
Now recovered, the Saints head coach is doing his best to help other fighting the virus, donating plasma that can go towards helping others infected.

Though much more research needs to be conducted, scientists are saying that a dose of convalescent plasma is the most promising treatment for COVID-19 as of now. Recovered Covid patients donating their plasma (and its protective antibodies) is the means in which the plasma is obtained.
