BREAKING: Joe Tessitore And Booger McFarland Will Not Return To Monday Night Football Booth

The inevitable has happened.

On Saturday, Richard Deitsch reported that ESPN made it official when they stated Joe Tessitore and Booger McFarland will not return to Monday Night Football booth in 2020.

ESPN is going to have a new Monday Night Football booth. Joe Tessitore and Booger McFarland will not return, via sources. The successors will be internal. No decision has been made yet. Both Tessitore and McFarland will remain in prominent roles at ESPN.

Deitsch reports that the replacements will be an internal successor and that no decision has been made.

ESPN’s desire to replace Booger and Joe have been well-documented as the World Wide Leader in Sports had aggressively pursued Tony Romo and Peyton Manning.
