After the Broncos ran a few plays in attempt to run out the clock and were met with big hits from the Jets defensive line, the Broncos coach instructed his players to head straight to the locker room when the clock struck zeros.
Fangio clarified the situation in the postgame press conference, saying the Denver sideline was “pissed off” about it, and wanted to avoid any altercations.
