During the 4th quarter of Sunday’s Eagles-49ers game in Santa Clara, Calif., 49ers backup QB Nick Mullens throws a pass directly to an Eagles defender, who returned it for a pick-6.
The pass was so bad, Kyle Shanahan benched Mullens and put C.J. Beathard in the game.
