Defensive coordinater Romeo Crennel will likely become the team’s interim head coach:
O’Brien led the Texans to the playoffs in four of the last five years, but since taken control of the personnel, his moves as a GM have set the Texans back. Those moves include trading away star receiver DeAndre Hopkins for a marginal return and trading an excess amount of first round picks for offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil.
