The Deshaun Watson rumors are heating up as we continue to see reports of Watson’s unhappiness with the Texans organization and now we are seeing potential suitors and trade packages that team’s could offer the Texans for Watson.
One of the team’s that is a rumored as a potential landing spot for Watson are the San Francisco 49ers and there’s even talks of a package deal that includes of the 49ers prominent players, Nick Bosa:
Just how accurate these reports are remains to be seen, but if it meant getting one of the league’s top young quarterbacks to pair with George Kittle, Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk, it wouldn’t shock me to see the Niners part ways with the 2019 second overall pick.
The Niners are currently have the third-best odds to have Watson under center for the 2021 season, behind Houston and Miami.
