Well, one quarterback “controversy” seems to have come to an end.
On Tuesday, the Jacksonville Jaguars announced that No. 1 overall pick Trevor Lawrence will be their starting quarterback, an announcement that will surely “shock” many around the NFL.
The move comes after Jaguars head coach Urban Meyer refused to name Lawrence the starter, even though we all know he would.
Meanwhile, the Jaguars still have Gardner Minshew on the roster, who will presumably be the backup to Lawrence.
