REPORT: Cowboys’ Jayron Kearse Punched Giants’ Evan Engram In The Face After Week 5 Game

As it turns out Kadarius Toney wasn’t the only one who threw a punch during last Sunday’s Cowboys-Giants game in Dallas.

Evan Engram confirmed that safety Jayron Kearse punched him after Sunday’s loss to the Dallas Cowboys.

Per Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News, Kearse punched the New York Giants tight end when the two teams were shaking hands on the field:

“I walked up on him. He walked up on me kinda, saying some stuff. He threw the punch,” Engram said.

“We had some guys there that separated us, so it was kind of boom, boom… He stole one off, and everybody was there to separate us. So I kinda just let it go. I dapped up some of my old coaches and friends on the other side [afterward] and went into the locker room.”

The Giants and Cowboys will meet again on Dec. 19 at Metlife Stadium.
