REPORT: Deshaun Watson Is Expected To Be Traded By Nov. 2 Trade Deadline; Will Not Be Placed On Commissioner Exempt List

Deshaun Watson might be finally getting his wish.

According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the superstar quarterback is expected to be traded by the November 2nd trade deadline:

Earlier this week, it was reported that a Watson trade was close and could even be done this week. As Rapport mentions, the Miami Dolphins aren’t the only team that is interested in Watson. Rapoport mentions the Broncos, Eagles and Panthers as potential trade suitors.

Is it reported that Watson would only waive his no trade clause for the Dolphins and it is uncertain if he would do it for the other teams mentioned.

The elephant in the room is the legal problems that follow Watson and if a team does trade for him, Rapoport mentions that he will likely not be placed on the Commissioner Exempt list and will be ready to play immediately if a trade happens:

Regardless what happens with Watson’s legal trouble, it seems like a trade is going to happen and it’s going to happen by the trade deadline.
