BREAKING: Rams WR Robert Woods Out For Season After Tearing His ACL In Practice

This is a big blow to the Los Angeles Rams.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, wide receiver Robert Woods is out for the season after suffering a torn ACL in practice. The injury comes on the same day the team signed free agent wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr:

Woods hurt his knee at practice on Friday. He somehow was able to finish practice and conduct his weekly press conference. He later discovered that he tore his ACL.

Woods had 556 receiving yards and four touchdowns on 45 receptions. The team signed Odell Beckham Jr. on Friday and will need him to be more than just a luxury going forward.
