BREAKING: “Initial Fear” Is Chase Young Tore His ACL

This is a massive blow to the Washington Football Team.

During the second quarter of Sunday’s Buccaneers-Washington game in Landover, MD., Chase Young went down with a non-contact leg injury. He was immediately helped to the locker and after initial tests, it looks like Young suffered a season-ending torn ACL:

The initial fear for Washington DE Chase Young is a torn ACL, source said. The team is awaiting a full battery of tests, but if the diagnosis is confirmed, that would, of course, knock him out for the season.

As Rapoport mentions, the team is still awaiting a full battery of tests but all indications are that Young has suffered a devastating knee season ending injury.
