Colts’ DeForest Buckner On Tom Brady: “I’m Playing At 44, It Means I’m Broke”

This is hilarious.

Indianapolis Colts defensive lineman DeForest Buckner has no plans to play as long as Tom Brady has.

“If I’m playing football at 44, it means I’m broke, the 27-year-old told Stephen Holder of the Athletic.

The comments come as Buckner and the Colts prepare to take on the Tom Brady and the defending Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Brady’s longevity is something that we’ve been never seen before, and he led the Buccaneers to the a Super Bowl win last season at age 43.

He also hasn’t shown many signs of slowing down at the age of 44 considering he leads the league with 29 touchdown passes and is behind only Patrick Mahomes with 3,177 passing yards.

The Colts will have their hands full against Tampa Bay, as they look to win their forth straight game.
