On Sunday, the Cleveland Browns fanbase turned on Baker Mayfield when they booed him multiple times in the second half of Sunday’s uninspiring 13-10 win over the winless Detroit Lions.
Mayfield had salty reaction to it, saying “those are probably the same fans that won’t be quiet while we’re on offense and trying to operate, so, don’t really care.”
But now, Fox Sports 1 personality Skip Bayless stated a trust source informed him that the Browns locker room is “very close” to turning on Mayfield over the Odell Beckham Jr. situation:
The Browns have actually won 2 of their last three games, but their performance against a winless Detroit Lions team was less than impressive.
The team is 6-5 and in 4th place in the AFC North. This, after a season where they went to the playoffs without Odell and defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers in the Wild Card round.
