Donald Parham is likely on his way to the hospital right now and after the hit he suffered on the opening drive of Thursday night’s game, and after how scary of a scene it was, we’re not sure how the players took the field seconds later to carry on with the game.
The Chargers tight end hit his head on the turf in the back of the end zone, laying motionless for minutes with his arms stiff anf raised in a scary scene.
Parham was eventually taken off on a stretcher, and could be seem convulsing in a manner similar to a seizure or decorticate posturing, both common after severe brain trauma and indicative of spinal or brain injury.
