Miami Dolphins Say Team Isn’t Interested In Hiring Michigan Head Coach Jim Harbaugh

Dolphins fans woke up Sunday morning after sweeping the Patriots with a surprise of Brian Flores’ firing.

After disbelief, their minds likely soon went to Jim Harbaugh – but apparently that isn’t the case.

With a successful year in Ann Arbor and a plethora of NFL head coaching vacancies, Michigan’s head coach has been linked to possibly making a return to the highest level.

The Dolphins were immediately linked to Harbaugh after the surprise firing of Flores, but according to Andrew Siciliano and Jeff Darlington, the ‘Phins have no interest in bringing him to Miami.

It is worth noting that Dolphins owner is a large benefactor to the University of Michigan, so it would be odd for him to hire him away from a school he supports.

With that said, it seems reckless to fire Flores and not have a hire secured to replace him, but for Dolphins fans, that won’t be Harbaugh.
