The Dolphins finished over .500 in two seasons from 2019-2021, something they only did once from 2009-2018.

Flores finishes with a 24-25 record in Miami and in his first two years as an NFL head coach, and he won’t have a heard time landing on his feet and finding a new job.
Miami will retain GM Chris Grier.
