Footage Released of Tommy Pham Slapping Joc Pederson For ‘F–king With His Money’ Over Fantasy Football Dispute

Tommy Pham is a mad man.

San Francisco Giants outfielder Joc Pederson says he was slapped in the face by Cincinnati Reds outfielder Tommy Pham during batting practice before last Friday night’s game over a fantasy football league dispute.

Footage has now been released of that incident.

Tommy Pham slapped Joc Pederson across the head and was suspended for three games because lingering resentment from a rule regarding IR designation in their fantasy football league spilled over into real life and led to Pham’s attack.

Pham agreed to a three-game suspension stemming from the incident, but not before telling his side of the story. Pham accused Pederson of saying “disrespectful shit” about the San Diego Padres – Pham’s former team – and “fucked with my money,” per Rosecrans.

Following the 5-1 win by the Reds, Pederson said that Pham was provoked by a year-long feud about an ineligible player getting stashed on injured reserve in a fantasy football league.

The suspension will make Pham ineligible to play against the Giants for the balance of the series. The two teams don’t play against each other again this year during the regular season.
