During the offseason, things got crazy when social media found out that Zach Wilson’s ex-girlfriend was dating his college roommate, Washington Commanders wide receiver Dax Milne. After being biased for it online, she seemingly accused the Jets quarterback of cheating on her with his mom’s best friend.
Abbey Gile fired back when a commenter accused her of being a “homie hopper” by dating her longtime ex’s one-time bestie. In a since-deleted comment, she said that Wilson “was sleeping with his mom’s best friend … that’s the real homie hopper,” she wrote with two laughing emojis.
Wilson is expected to make his first start of the season against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday. Ahead of this matchup, Steelers defensive end Chris Wormley brought light back to the situation.
