BREAKING: RB Todd Gurley Announces His Retirement From The NFL After Six Seasons

Todd Gurley is hanging them up.

After six injury seasons in the NFL, former Georgia star and 10th overall pick Todd Gurley has announced his retirement from the NFL.

The RB was drafted by the Rams and spent five season there before a brief stint in Atlanta with the Falcons in 2020.

Gurley’s career unfortunately will be synonymous with injury, suffering a gruesome ACL injury in college with more knee injuries that plagued his professional career, including a battle with tendentious.

Despite a fair amount of time on the sideline, Gurley was about as productive as any runner in NFL history when he was on the field, racking up 5,665 rushing yards (4.3 per carry), 2,105 recieving yards, 72 total touchdowns.
