The Seahawks of Wagner football hadn’t won a game since 2019. 26 straight loses.
But that all changed on Friday night when they picked up a 37-26 win over Long Island University.
The team was amped to finally celebrate a win — it had been 1,119 days since the team’s last victory, which ironically was also against the LIU.
The crowd was going so crazy that the school had to turn to social media to beg their fans not to do what Tennessee Vols fans did last Saturday and steal the stadium’s goal-posts:
