Bills Mafia Helped Players Shovel Snow & Road So They Could Make It To Airport To Fly To Detroit For Game

Buffalo Bills fans are the absolute best.

This weekend’s Bills vs Browns game was moved to Ford Field in Detroit after Western-New York was hit by a historic snow storm. The snow was so bad that some players were having trouble getting to their vehicles to make it to the airport.

But thanks to BillsMafia, players were helped shoveling their driveway and dig their way through the roads so they could make it the airport:

The snowfall was so treacherous that the Bills were forced to cancel practice on Friday and hold virtual meetings. On Friday, the Buffalo Niagara International Airport announced that runways were temporarily closed due to the snow.

The airport has since reopened the runways on Saturday morning, which paves the way for the Bills to get to Detroit.

According to the National Weather Service, there were 13.9 inches of snow at the Buffalo airport on Saturday alone. The Bills will be having an extended stay in Detroit since they will be facing the Lions just days later on Thanksgiving.
