Browns Player’s Father Falls Down Several Rows Of Seats While Trying To Catch Football During Game vs Texans

Cleveland Browns linebacker Tony Fields II sealed Sunday’s game against the Houston Texans with a pick-6 and wanted to celebrate by throwing the ball to his father, Tony Fields Sr. but unfortunately that did not end well for pops.

KHOU 11 cameras caught Fields Sr. wanted to get the ball tossed to him by his son that he dove for it and ended up falling several rows of seats. Fortunately, Fields Sr. avoided any serious injury and he proceeded to celebrate:

Fields II, a product of West Virginia, has 15 total tackles, one forced fumble and one pass defensed to go along with his pick-six here in 2022.

The Browns have now won two straight games and are two games behind the 7-5 New York Jets for the final Wild Card spot in the AFC, though the Browns would still have to leapfrog the 5-7 Raiders and 6-6 Patriots and Chargers to get into the playoffs.

The final five-game stretch isn’t exactly friendly for Cleveland, either. They must visit Joe Burrow and the surging Cincinnati Bengals this Sunday, before returning home for a showdown with the AFC North-leading Baltimore Ravens in Week 15.

After that, Cleveland will welcome the 4-9 New Orleans Saints before concluding the regular season with road games against the Washington Commanders (Week 17) and AFC North rival Pittsburgh Steelers.
