49ers WR Deebo Samuel Carted Off After Suffering Scary Knee Injury

Oh man — this is the last thing the San Francisco 49ers needed.

A team that has been decimated by injuries all season may have just suffered another one.

During the second quarter of Sunday’s Bucs-49ers game, Deebo Samuel went down after he was tackled awkwardly and couldn’t get back up.

Samuel was unable to get up and ended up being carted off:
