Cowboys’ Sam Williams Taken To Hospital After Being Involved In A Car Accident

Dallas Cowboys rookie defensive end Sam Williams was transported to the hospital and later released after being involved in a car accident on Thursday afternoon near the team’s practice facility in Frisco, Texas.

The team is aware of the accident and will determine whether or not Williams will play on Saturday against the Philadelphia Eagles after Friday’s practice:

Williams, a second-round pick in the 2022 draft, has played in 13 games. He has been credited with 18 tackles, 3 sacks, 6 tackles for loss, 16 quarterback pressures, 3 fumble recoveries, 1 forced fumble and a pass deflection.
