It’s clear the Kansas City Chiefs took what the Cincinnati Bengals said about Arrowhead Stadium seriously.
All week long the Bengals were referring to Arrowhead as ‘Burrowhead’ due to the Bengals success against the Chiefs. Well on Sunday, the Chiefs got over the hump, defeating the Bengals, 23-20 in the AFC Championship Game.
It was Patrick Mahomes’ first win over Joe Burrow. He had lost the previous three matchups.
After the game, Chiefs TE Travis Kelce hijacked Mahomes’ postgame interview to let the world know that it’s not Burrowhead.. it’s Arrowhead and it’s Mahomes’ house:
