RUMOR: Philadelphia Eagles Are Close To Trading For Derrick Henry

The Philadelphia Eagles could be closing in on trading for a star running back.

According to Akbar Gbajabiamila, a former NFL defensive end who’s now a host for Ninja Warrior is reporting that the defending NFC Champions are trading for the Titans running back:

The Eagles extended Jalen Hurts last week and the pressure is on to continue to win now. And, with Miles Sanders joining the Carolina Panthers earlier this year, bringing in a back like Henry’s caliber would be massive.

A three-time Pro Bowler, Henry was the NFL’s Offensive Player of the Year in 2020 and led the league in both rushing yards and rushing touchdowns in 2019 and 2020.
