Joe Burrow To Star In Next Season Of Netflix’s ‘Quarterback’

Netflix has been struggling to find a new batch of quarterbacks to star in the Netflix series ‘Quarterback’ but it seems like one of the most prominent signal-callers has giving them the green light.

According to Peter King of NBC Sports, Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow has accepted Netflix’s offer to appear on the documentary.

Burrow had previously rejected Netflix’s offer but it seems like he’s had a turn of events.

‘Quarterback’ had its first season’s debut last month featuring Patrick Mahomes (Chiefs), Kirk Cousins (Vikings) and Marcus Mariota (Falcons). It was a hit, being Netflix’s top show for a while.

Up to this point, Netflix had struggled to find QBs to make the commitment for Season 2 with the likes of Jalen Hurts, Dak Prescott, Lamar Jackson, Matthew Stafford and Tua Tagovailoa all declining the offer.

But Burrow had a change of hearts and he will certainly be the featured guy on Season 2 of the show.
