CeeDee Lamb Throws Shade At Mike McCarthy’s Offense, Says He “Doesn’t Know What The Identity Is”

The Dallas Cowboys were ransacked by the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday Night Football.

Dallas lost 42-10 while committing four turnovers and only mustering eight first downs as an offense. They were outgainted 421 to 197 in total yards and lost the time of possession battle by just under 15 minutes.

The 32-point loss on Sunday Night was the largest defeat the Cowboys have suffered with Dak Prescott as their starting quarterback. It’s also the second-worst of McCarthy’s head-coaching career, trailing only a 35-0 loss in 2006.

After the game, CeeDee Lamb made some eyebrow-raising comments, questioning McCarthy’s offense for not having an identity.

“What’s the identity of this offense?” “I don’t know,” Lamb said. “Should you [know] five weeks into the season?” “I guess so. I don’t know.” “How do you guys find it?” “I don’t know.”

The Cowboys (3-2) better get their offense back in order because their schedule does not get easier. They travel to Los Angeles to take on the Chargers on Monday Night Football in Week 6 followed by games against Rams and Eagles.
