The fact that Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku was able to play against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4 is stunning.
Njoku took to Instagram to share a picture of the facial burns he suffered from a fire pit accident earlier this month. The Browns added the TE to the injury report a day before they took on the Ravens on Oct. 1.

What’s more shocking is Njoku had his game of the season agains the Ravens with six catches resulting in 46 yards. In four games, Njoku has 16 catches for a total of 138 receiving yards.
Njoku did not practice on Wednesday in preparation for the San Francisco 49ers due to the burns to his face and arm.
One thing that folks will never be able to question about Njoku is his toughness. NFL players sit out for much less, but Njoku wasn’t letting this stop him from being out there in Week 4.
