Longtime Steelers Reporter Says Jon Gruden Could Be A Candidate To Replace Matt Canada

As fans in Pittsburgh continue to chant for Mike Canda to lose his job, one longtime Steelers reporter has floated a potential replacement for him.

Longtime Steelers reporter Gerry Dulac of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette floated the idea of former Las Vegas Raiders and Tampa Bay Buccaneers coach Jon Gruden replacing Canada.

That would be a wild hire considering Gruden is currently suing the NFL and Commissioner Roger Goodell.

Gruden resigned as the Las Vegas Raiders head coach in October 2021 after an investigation into the Washington Football Team uncovered emails Gruden sent from 2011 to 2018 to then Washington general manger Bruce Allen where Gruden used racist, misogynistic, and homophobic slurs.

I’m pretty sure Steelers fans would forgive and forget those e-mails to get Gruden on board especially since it will be at the expense of Matt Canada.
