‘Saturday Night Live’ Makes Fun Of Deion Sanders And Colorado After Choking Against Stanford

Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes blowing a 29-0 lead against Stanford was so embarrassing that “Saturday Night Live” had to make fun it a day after in a segment that featured actor Kenan Thompson playing the role of “Coach Prime.”

Thompson was dressed in a white Colorado hat and hoodie with sunglasses as he took questions from “Weekend Update” anchor Colin Jost on NBC. The segment trolled Sanders, his trademark confidence and the embarrassing 46-43 double overtime loss to the Stanford Cardinals despite the Buffaloes leading 29-0 at half.

Colorado is 4-3 after starting 3-0 in the first year with Sanders as head coach.
