Kansas City Chiefs WR Justyn Ross was arrested Monday in Kansas and is facing felony charges.
According to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department Booking and Release report, Ross was arrested at 2:54 p.m. CT and booked at 4:27 p.m. CT on criminal property damage charges in excess of $25,000, which is a level 7 felony charge in the state of Kansas. The booking notes list DV or Domestic Violence.
Ross was booked into the Johnson County jail. No bond was set. A court date for Tuesday was listed on the Johnson County sheriff’s website.
The Chiefs said they are aware of the arrest but had no comment.
Ross, 23, joined the Chiefs last season as an undrafted free agent out of Clemson. He didn’t play in 2022 because of injuries.
Ross has played in all of the Chiefs’ seven games this season, recording three catches for 34 yards.
