Von Miller turned himself into police on Thursday night after an arrest warrant was issued for the Bills outside linebacker for allegedly assaulting a pregnant woman.
The Dallas Police Dept. said Miller and the victim got into a “verbal argument and the suspect [Miller] assaulted the victim.” Now, the Dallas Morning News has obtained more disturbing details regarding Miller’s arrest.
“The warrant for NFL linebacker Von Miller obtained by Dallas Morning News alleges Miller grabbed a pregnant woman by the throat, the hair, stomped on her feet and tried to destroy her laptop as she attempted to leave their apartment during an argument,” Jamie Landers of the Dallas Morning News said.
The Bills issued this statement on Miller:
“This morning, we were made aware of an incident involving Von Miller. We are in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at this point.”
