An NFL sideline official in the Lions vs Saints game looks to have suffered a broken leg during Sunday’s game.

The sideline official, working this afternoon’s Saints vs. Lions game, appeared to suffer the nasty looking injury while colliding with New Orleans running back Alvin Kamara:
