Andy Reid Rips Officiating After Loss vs Bills: “It’s Embarrassing For NFL”

Andy Reid was not a fan of the offsides penalty called on Kadarius Toney during the touchdown that would’ve gave the Chiefs the lead late in the fourth quarter against the Buffalo Bills.

Following the 20-17 loss, Reid criticized the officiating for the way they handled Toney’s offsides penalty:

Chiefs’ HC Andy Reid was not pleased that officials did not warn him that Kadarius Toney was lined up offsides the way they have in the past. About the call, the normally mild-mannered Reid said, “It's a bit embarrassing for the National Football League for that to take place.”

The loss dropped the Chiefs to 8-5 on the season and just one game ahead of the 7-6 Denver Broncos in the AFC West.
