Browns HC Kevin Stefanski Names Joe Flacco The Starting QB For Remainder Of Season

When the Cleveland Browns lost Deshaun Watson for the season, many believed that their season was over.

But the team has signed 38-year-old Joe Flacco and have taken off offensively. He made his second start with the Brown this week and threw for 311 yards on 26-of-45 passing with three touchdown passes, leading the Browns to a 31-28 victory.

The Browns improved to 8-5 on the season and sit in the driver seat to grab one of the AFC Wild Card spots. After the game, Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski named Flacco as the team’s starting quarterback for the remainder of the season:
