Fan Creates Thread Of All The Times Chiefs Were “Bailed Out” By Refs Following Critical Penalty vs Bills

Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid and quarterback Patrick Mahomes did not mince words when discussing the officiating crew following the 20-17 loss to the Buffalo Bills.

Trailing by three late in the fourth quarter, Travis Kelce lateraled the football after a big catch to Kadarius Toney who appeared to score the go-ahead touchdown. However, the touchdown was called back because Toney was offsides.

The Chiefs failed to convert on 4th down and the Bills were able to run out the clock and win the game. As the clock spiked 0:00, Mahomes was spotted on the sidelines going off on the referees, evening having to be held back by his teammates.

The postgame comments and Mahomes’ behavior prompted many fans to point out how many times the Chiefs were the benefactor of getting questionable calls in their favor. A Denver Broncos fan on Twitter/X – @MileHighMims – created a thread that shows a plethora of questionable calls that the Kansas City Chiefs benefited from during the Patrick Mahomes-era.

The thread starts off with the questionable holding penalty on James Bradberry in last season’s Super Bowl.

It’s tough to have sympathy for the Chiefs after watching this.
