San Francisco 49ers defensive end Randy Gregory came into Monday Night Football against the Baltimore Ravens questionable with an illness and despite being active, it seems like the illness is clearly still affecting him.
Gregory was spotted on the sideline puking his guts out into a trash can.
It’s been a rough night for the 49ers, who are getting manhandled by the Ravens. They trail 30-12 late in the third quarter of tonight’s game.
