Antonio Pierce may have increased his odds of becoming the next head coach of Las Vegas Raiders and ditching the interim label.
After dropping a franchise-record 63-points on the Los Angeles Chargers last Thursday, Pierce and the Raiders followed it up by upsetting the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium, 20-14, on Christmas Day.
Following his first head coaching win, Pierce gave an epic postgame speech that shows exactly why players want to run through a wall for him.
The Raiders (7-8) are still mathematically alive for the playoffs. They would need to win their final two games against the Colts and Broncos and need some help from a couple of other AFC teams.
