Patriots Just Screwed OT Trent Brown Out Of $6.5 Million Bonus By Making Him Inactive vs Bills

The NFL is a ruthless business and nothing shows that more than what just happened to Trent Brown.

The New England Patriots made Brown a healthy inactive for Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills in a move that will cost the offensive tackle $6.5 million dollars in playing-time bonuses.

With Trent Brown being inactive today he will not earn any of his $6.5M in playing-time incentives

That’s messed up.

Brown is scheduled to be a free agent at the end of the year and has recently spoke out against the Patriots decision to part ways with rookie quarterback Malik Cunningham.
