No one imagined the Houston Texans would have such a turnaround after being the laughing stock of the league for the last few years.
But that’s the C.J. Stroud effect.
The sensational rookie quarterback capped off his historic rookie season by leading the Texans to the postseason on Saturday night, defeating the Colts, 23-19, in a win-and-in game.
Following the game, Stroud was interviewed by ESPN’s Lisa Salters and the former Ohio State quarterback couldn’t hold back his emotions discussing the magnitude of leading Houston to the postseason:

The Texans still have a shot clinching the AFC South with a Titans win over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. If the Jags win, the Texans will be a Wild Card team.
