According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Lions quarterback Hendon Hooker is listed as questionable for Sunday’s NFC Championship Game due to having a chipped tooth pulled.
Rapoport adds that Hooker “should be fine” for the big game.
The Lions are set to kickoff against the 49ers at 6:30 PM ET tomorrow. A win would mark the first Super Bowl appearance in the history of Detroit’s franchise.
